Some basic info first: this one was made with XHTML, CSS and PHP. Release date of version 1.1 was in September, year 2009. Just a few days after that, version was already 1.3 due to new properties (like blog with PHP). When I made new site without tables, version increased to 2.0.

After version 2.4 I started to use PHP code to get the content for pages which made updating of the layout a lot easier (a.k.a. dynamic PHP website). This (and maybe other sites too, in the future) is only in English, Daunlouded 1.1-2.0 was in both Finnish (my native language) and English. I just got tired to upkeep one site with two languages, maybe because I am lazy. Also I think that I can get more visitors when using international language, even if it's full of typos. -.-

Recommended resolution is at least 1024x768, but larger is better. This website is tested with Firefox 3, Opera 10 and Internet Explorer 8. There is no any major difference between those, so you can use whatever you want. But I still prefer any other browser than Internet Explorer, and Firefox over others.
Internet Explorer 6 may not show the website correctly since it looks like it don't understand transparent .png's or something. I also noticed that sometimes it may add useless horizontal scroll bar on some pages.

- Original guest book: VanGB (1.03b - I still give credits to original author due all functions are nearly unmodified)

- "Bal'a dash, malanore" (front page title) is Thalassian language, and means "Greetings, traveler"
